Hashboard and PSU diagnostics, control board swaps, firmware recovery. Quoted before we start, so you can decide whether it is worth fixing.
Distribution board layout, breaker and cable sizing, earthing and phase balancing. Then network, pool config and firmware before handover.

Why it matters. A headline percentage tells you very little on its own. A pool charging 2% that also deducts the on-chain cost of your payout, and makes you reach ten times the balance before it moves, is a completely different proposition. We charge less, we pay the transaction cost out of our own fee, and your first payout lands far sooner.
And it is on this side of the world. Support in your time zone, from people with hydro racks running in Gauteng. When a worker drops at four in the afternoon you are not filing a ticket into a different hemisphere and waiting overnight.

Warranty & delivery
No small print you have to ask for. These terms apply to every new machine we sell.
Twelve months manufacturer warranty, plus a six month local limited warranty from us. The local cover means you deal with a workshop in Walkerville first, not a factory in Shenzhen.
Where a fault has to go back to the manufacturer, we handle the claim, the paperwork and the logistics for you. Return shipping is for the client's account — we will tell you the cost before anything moves.
Sold without warranty unless a warranty is expressly stated on your quote and invoice. Every used unit is tested under load before it leaves us, and we will tell you what we know about its history.
Local stock ships within 3 business days of payment clearing. Warehouse stock typically carries 15 days handling time before dispatch. Full terms on the policies page.
