A farm is a small data centre. Somebody has to run the network, keep the machines reachable and pick up the phone when a rack goes dark at two in the morning. We do that work for mining sites and for ordinary businesses alike.

Remote diagnostics
Most faults can be identified from the kernel log, the pool history and a temperature map. We connect in, read what the machine is actually telling you, and come back with a straight answer: which hashboard, which chip range, whether it is worth repairing, and what the part will cost.
If it turns out to be a firmware or configuration problem we usually fix it on the call. If it is hardware, you have a diagnosis before you pay freight on a machine that might not be worth fixing.
Remote support
Pick the response time you actually need. All rates are billed in 30 minute blocks. On-site work is quoted separately.

Minimum charge is 30 minutes. If a remote session finds a hardware fault that we then repair for you, the diagnostic time comes off the repair quote — you do not pay twice for the same hour.
