Delivery and collection

You can collect from us in Walkerville, Gauteng by appointment at no charge, or we can courier nationwide. Delivery cost is confirmed with you before you pay — it depends on the weight of the machine and where it is going, so we do not quote a blanket figure. Choose delivery at checkout, tell us the destination, and we come back with the exact cost and a payment link for the total.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. We insure machines in transit; if something arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we will handle the claim.

Paying online

Items marked Buy now on our website are in stock and can be paid for immediately by card or instant EFT. Payments are processed by iKhokha, a registered South African payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Everything else on the site is sold by quotation. We issue a proforma invoice, then it is 50% deposit to confirm the order and the balance before dispatch, by EFT.

Once an online payment succeeds you will receive confirmation from iKhokha and an invoice from us. We will contact you within one business day to arrange delivery or collection. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you within one business day and refund you in full within 7 days.

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping in that case is for your account. This cooling-off right does not apply to goods specially ordered or configured to your specification.

Privacy policy

WeLoveMining (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/068099/07, of 122 R82 Hartzenbergfontein, Walkerville, 1876, Gauteng, South Africa, is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, as contemplated by the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

This website does not have user accounts, a database or a shopping cart. When you complete an enquiry form, your details are assembled into a message on your own device and sent to us through WhatsApp or email. Nothing is stored on this website.

The information we receive from you is typically:

Why we process it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and invoices, supply and install equipment, provide support and repairs, and keep the records that tax and company law require us to keep. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Who else may see it

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept only as long as they are useful and then deleted. Records relating to actual sales are kept for at least five years because tax and company legislation requires it.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep, and object to processing. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa. To exercise any of these, email enrico@welovemining.co.za.

Information Officer: Enrico Eybers.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies. We store one small item on your device to remember your cookie choice. Nothing else is required for the site to work — there are no accounts, no basket and no session tracking.

Analytics and advertising cookies, only if you accept them. When you first visit you are asked whether you accept Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies. These let us see which pages and which adverts bring people to us, and whether an advert led to an enquiry. If you choose "Essential only", no Google script is loaded and no analytics or advertising cookie is set. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again.

Where these cookies are active, Google processes your IP address (truncated), the pages you view, and the fact that you clicked an enquiry button. We do not see your name, your email address or your phone number through Google. Google's own privacy terms apply to what it does with that data.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. This happens regardless of your cookie choice and sets no cookie.

Marketing emails

If you sign up for stock and price alerts we use your email address for that purpose only. We ask you to tick a consent box before subscribing, as section 69 of the Consumer Protection Act and section 69 of POPIA require your prior consent before we may send you direct marketing by electronic means.

Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link and we act on it immediately. If you have bought from us before, we may contact you about similar products under the existing customer provisions of POPIA, and you may object to that at any time at no cost.

We do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone. Our mailing list is held with a third-party email provider who processes it on our instruction and for no other purpose.

Terms and conditions

Who you are dealing with

WeLoveMining (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/068099/07, trading as WeLoveMining, at 122 R82 Hartzenbergfontein, Walkerville, 1876, Gauteng. Contact: 079 166 6698, info@welovemining.co.za or enrico@welovemining.co.za. These details are published in line with section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

Prices

Prices on this website are in South African Rand and include at 15% unless clearly stated otherwise. Both the quoted and -exclusive amounts are shown on every product. Delivery is not included in the listed price.

Mining hardware prices move with the exchange rate and with supplier pricing. We make every effort to keep this site current, but a price only becomes binding once we have issued you a written quote or proforma invoice. A quote is valid for [DECIDE — e.g. 7 days] unless stated otherwise on the quote itself.

Orders and payment

Miners are sold by quotation, not by online checkout. Once you accept a quote we issue a proforma invoice. Terms are 50% deposit to confirm the order, with the balance payable before dispatch, by EFT to our FNB account. Goods remain our property until payment has cleared in full.

Smaller items may be paid for by card through our payment provider. We never ask for card details by WhatsApp, email or through the chat assistant on this site. If anyone asks you for card details in our name, it is not us.

Availability

Stock shown as "Ships in 3 days" is physically with us and is despatched within 3 business days of payment clearing. Stock shown as "15 day handling" is on order from our supplier and the lead time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Import timelines, customs and shipping are outside our control. If an order will be materially delayed we will tell you and you may cancel that order for a full refund of what you have paid.

What we do not promise

We make no representation about mining profitability or returns. What a machine earns depends on the bitcoin price, network difficulty, your electricity tariff, your uptime and your pool. None of those are within our control or reasonably predictable. Any figures we discuss are estimates for planning purposes only and are not a forecast, a guarantee or financial advice.

Cryptocurrency mining involves real financial risk, including the risk that equipment becomes unprofitable. You should make your own assessment and, where appropriate, get independent financial advice before buying.

Warranty

New machines. New units carry a 12 month manufacturer warranty, administered through us. In addition we provide a 6 month local limited warranty covering hashboard and power supply failure under normal operating conditions.

Manufacturer claims. Where a fault must be referred to the manufacturer, we facilitate the claim, the documentation and the logistics on your behalf. The cost of return shipping to the manufacturer is for the client's account. We will quote that cost to you before any unit is despatched.

Second-hand machines. Used units are sold without warranty unless a warranty is expressly stipulated on your quotation and invoice. Every used unit is tested under load before sale and its condition is disclosed to you before purchase.

What warranty does not cover. Damage arising from incorrect supply voltage, lightning or surge events, water ingress, coolant not supplied or approved by us, physical damage, unauthorised repair, or operation outside the manufacturer's stated temperature and humidity limits.

Your statutory rights. Nothing above limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Section 56 of that Act gives consumers a right to return goods that are unsafe or defective within 6 months of delivery, for repair, replacement or refund at your election. That right applies in addition to, and independently of, the warranties described here.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost mining revenue, downtime, or loss of cryptocurrency, however arising.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.

Returns and refunds

Your cooling-off right

Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies to your purchase, you may cancel an electronic transaction without reason and without penalty within 7 days of receiving the goods, and receive a refund of what you paid, less the direct cost of returning the goods. This applies to consumers buying electronically and does not apply to every transaction — for example, goods made or configured to your specification.

Faulty goods

Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, if goods are found to be defective within 6 months of delivery you may choose to have them repaired, replaced, or refunded. Contact us on WhatsApp with your invoice number and a description of the fault and we will arrange assessment.

How to return something

  1. Message us on 079 166 6698 with your invoice number before sending anything back.
  2. Return the unit in its original packaging with all accessories, where possible.
  3. We assess it on arrival and confirm the outcome in writing.
  4. Approved refunds are paid by EFT to the account the payment came from, within [DECIDE — e.g. 14 days] of the return being approved.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Where goods are returned because they are defective, we carry the cost of return. Where goods are returned under the 7 day cooling-off right, the direct cost of returning them is for your account, as provided for in the Act.

Units that have been installed in a coolant loop, flashed with third-party firmware, or physically modified cannot be returned under the cooling-off right, as they can no longer be returned in the condition in which they were supplied. This does not affect your rights in respect of defective goods.

Shipping and delivery

On delivery

Risk

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes only once payment has cleared in full.
