Third-party firmware voids your Bitmain factory warranty, and it voids the 12 month manufacturer cover on machines bought from us. Our own 6 month local warranty does not cover damage from firmware you installed yourself. If you want custom firmware on a machine under warranty, talk to us first — we would rather do it for you than replace a hashboard for you.

Send us the model and the sticker off the control board and we will tell you exactly which firmware you need. If you would rather not do it yourself, we flash, tune and test machines as a service — on a unit under warranty that is usually the cheaper route.
